1. sTabLauncher might look cute, but its not the best solution. You should look into keyboard launchers.

   Launchy (www.launchy.net) is a popular open source one. Give it a try. I personally use Colibri (colibri.leetspeak.org).

2. Ouch - with all those softwares on your computer are you sure it still runs - !!!

   Ive given up on WinDoze and embraced Linux - Ubuntu flavor
