People’s Resistance Movment

Many people have started wondering what I have against Dr. Awab, and why am I constantly attacking his cause. I just want to clarify, that both Dr. Alvi Senior and Dr. Alvi Junior are personal friends of mine, and we just bounce “gup shup” off of each other. So, if any of you were hoping for some more interesting theory behind all this, I’m sorry to disappoint you.

With that said, I still stand, very vocally, against the People’s Resistance Movement, especially since I noticed their logo is like they’re damning “sending lanat” to the whole nation. But then that seems appropriate. No? Oooops… here I go again :-).
People's resistance movment damning the nation. :-)

  2. Faisal you should seriously join PR to understand what PR is all about. Its basically a forum - a movement for the people by the people and nothing more. Atleast we are doing something for the nation and here you are on SAMMAA with a show of yours - doing nothing.

    Cheers!

  3. The way i see it, its simply a hand saying STOP or saying NO to someone doing something, in this case something unconstitutional or unlawful.

You are making big fuss outa nothing Faisal bhai. You cannot be so egoistic as to refuse a movement just because some not so intelligent guy made the logo. It can be changed, isnt it.

Even if it is a lanaat, whats so wrong about it. In practical terms, it is the need of the hour. To blame one own self then blaming USA,WEST,INDAI and ISRAEL for all our own created ills.

  5. Finally, I see a kindered spirit.
For someone who has attended the meetings of PR and find them rhetorical at best, i fully agree with Mr. Qureshi here. It not only looks like lanat, it also feels like lanat.
